- We can show you homes within our 5 county area and beyond — We’re licensed in Indiana, but our local market is our specialty.
- This is important — we‘re only paid when we close a transaction. We don’t know of any agent that is paid hourly or on a salary. We’re professionally licensed to sell real estate on a commission only basis and so we appreciate your loyalty.

- We can help you with “For Sale By Owner” homes, but first we need to be the one calling the sellers to see if we all can work together. It’s best if we are the ones calling the Seller before the Buyer. Not all FSBO sellers will work with agents. It’s worth it for all of us to have us try on your behalf — being professionally represented in such a big financial transaction is very important for Buyers.

Buying a new home today is a stressful process. Now that I have successfully completed this process, I am extraordinarily grateful to have chosen to work with Steve Slavin.
